Bloom & Brew was born from a simple belief — that a great cup of coffee deserves as much care and beauty as a flower in full bloom. Tucked in the heart of Oslo, we are a space where quality meets calm.

Every morning we roast our beans in-house, arrange fresh seasonal flowers, and bake from scratch. We believe in slowing down. In the ritual of a warm cup. In the quiet joy of a beautiful room.
